Your first visit
Every new client starts with a consultation, not a color service.
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Join the new-client waitlist on the booking page and choose a color consultation. Jodie offers openings as they come free.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
Photos of shades you like and a few you don't, and an honest list of what has been on your hair: box color, henna, bleach, a smoothing treatment.
- 03
Step 3: When you arrive
Park in the lot behind the building. On the morning of your visit you'll get a text with the suite door code. Arrive five minutes early.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
A talk at the chair, a strand test if you need one, a plan with a time estimate and the formula Jodie would start from. It takes about 45 minutes.
- 05
Step 5: Afterward
You leave with a plan for the next visit and a short list for the weeks after: when to wash, what to ask about, when to book your gloss.
Before you book
Your hair history makes the visit shorter
The more Jodie knows, the fewer surprises on the day.
Box color, henna and smoothing treatments change how new color behaves. Say so at booking, and bring photos of anything you remember using. If your hair has been through a lot, Jodie may suggest doing the color in two visits instead of one.
Good to bring
Say what has been on your hair, and roughly when
Bring photos in daylight if you can
Tell us if you've reacted to a hair product before
Ask about a strand test if you're unsure
